A five year research study from McKinsey and Leanin.org found that women who are derailed within the first years in the workforce, it sets the precedent for their entire career trajectory and can have a detrimental effect.

This panel session will look at the current challenges young women face in reaching their potential, what organisations and leaders can do to support the next generation of female leaders, and how businesses can support young women address gender barriers, receive equal pay, secure financing, and see their visions come to life.
