Will is the CTO of Greenpixie, a software company bringing sustainability to the digital world with tools that measure, analyse and reduce cloud computing emissions.

Scrolling instagram or sending an email might feel harmless, but there is in fact a vast physical infrastructure, supporting these activities, which requires constant energy to run. Zoom out to consider the endless digital operations globally and the scale of this problem becomes truly visible. After learning about the impact that our digital lives have on the world – one which eclipses the aviation industry! – Will began applying his creative experience in the tech world to the sustainability problem.

Now spearheading the product and technical operations at Greenpixie, Will is responsible for bringing to life their flagship product, Cloud NetZero. By demystifying business’ digital operations, he believes, we can start to solve this rapidly growing digital and global problem.
