I help female founders grow engaged audiences and take them from feeling overwhelmed and overlooked, to confident and fully booked.

Following a career spent mainly as a Strategic Planner within advertising agencies, I started this business in 2017 because I am absolutely passionate about teaching women how to accelerate their business growth.

I’ve been developing strategies to grow businesses for over twenty years, including ten years as an entrepreneur. I’ve worked across multiple industries and have built two of my own businesses, in very different industries, so it’s safe to say that there are not too many business scenarios I haven’t experienced!

I focus on teaching women the jargon-free, tried and tested, organic marketing methods that I’ve used (and continue to use), to achieve big results both within my own business and for my clients. Over the past 20 years, I’ve worked with hundreds of female founders and corporate clients, supporting them to grow and communicate with their audiences enabling them to deliver impactful marketing campaigns that drive results.

I’ve also built and continue to grow a thriving online community on Facebook and Instagram where I share tips, deliver trainings, interview guest experts on key business & marketing topics and provide a platform to support other female-led businesses.

My newsletter, The Charge, provides a weekly buzz of business & marketing inspo and I am regularly invited to deliver workshops and trainings in other business communities, as well as hosting my own.
