Samantha Evans and Shauna Guinn are restaurateurs, food entrepreneurs, writers, TV presenters and outdoor cooking specialists that fuse Southern US cooking with seasonal British ingredients.

They slammed the door on their 20-year careers to pursue a life in food together. And in just 6 years went from selling US-style barbecue from a back-street boozer in Wales, to winning OFM Awards ‘Best Restaurant’ for Hang Fire Southern Kitchen in 2018.

They present their own cooking show on BBC One ‘Sam & Shauna’s Big Cook Out’, now on its third season.
