US stock markets closed at new record highs on Monday after a strong day for technology firms.
The Dow Jones closed at 17,959.4 and the S&P 500 rose 0.38%, to 2,078.5.
Intel was the big riser of the day, with share prices up 2.3%. IBM and Cisco Systems followed with 1.8% and 1.6% increases, respectively.
