Terry Scuoler, Chief Executive of EEF, the manufacturers’ organisation said that the Budget is only a job half done as far as the manufacturing sector is concerned.

“The Statement contained some helpful measures on business taxation and some signs of re-prioritising spending for growth but it still feels like a job half done," he said.
