Apple seem to have taken another of their competitors out of the market after a court ruling banned Samsung from selling their Galaxy smartphones in Europe.
Already embroiled in a legal battle over Samsung's Galaxy Tab 10.1, Apple have now seen a preliminary injunction passed down preventing Samsung selling their smartphones in a range of European countries.
Apple, on filing a patent infringement claim, said Samsung had copied technology that was owned by Apple which relates to the way photos are displayed on mobile devices.
The ban is set to come into effect in seven weeks.
