The Paragon Group of Companies plc (LSE: PAG) is one of the United Kingdom's largest providers of mortgages and personal loans.
It is listed on the London Stock Exchange and is a constituent of the FTSE 250 Index.
The Company was established in 1985 as the National Home Loans Corporation.
It launched Homeloans Direct (now known as Paragon Mortgages) in 1995.
In 1997 it changed its name to the Paragon Group of Companies.
In 2003 it acquired Britannic Money.
