Kesa Electricals plc (LSE: KESA Euronext: KESA) is a major British-based multinational consumer electronics and household appliance retailing group.
It is the third largest electrical group in Europe.
It is dual-listed on the London Stock Exchange and Euronext and is a member of the FTSE 250 index.
The Company was formed in 2003 by demerger from Kingfisher plc.
In 2007 the Company bought Menaje Del Hogar, a Spanish electrical retail chain.
The Company sold its Swiss operation on 6 July 2009.
