More and more businesses are looking to move their offices to Soho, rather than Tech City in Shoreditch, according to office marketplace Hubble.
Although it still remains the most popular search for businesses looking for new office space in the capital, just a quarter searched for offices in Shoreditch.
Shoreditch has established itself as a base for tech firms with businesses looking to get close to the likes of Amazon, Facebook and Google.
It was closely followed by Soho and Covent Garden which attracted nearly 20% of all searches. Clerkenwell, Holborn and Bloomsbury followed closesly on 16%.
Southbank drew 13% of searches, followed by the City on 10% and North London at 8%.
Victoria and the Docklands, which includes Canary Wharf, was less than 5% of all searches.
Moving out of London
But a recent report by Tech Nation found that three quarters of digital or tech companies are now based outside of London altogether.
Bournemouth is reported to be the UK's fastest growing tech cluster. Elsewhere, areas like Liverpool, Manchester, Sheffield, Cambridge and Oxford have been identified as strong growing areas of tech businesses.
