What area of marketing do you specialise in?
I specialise in digital marketing and assessing emerging technology such instant messaging, chat bots and virtual reality.
How long have you been with the company?
I set up Lets Learn Digital in 2013, so three years.
How long have you been in marketing?
I have been in Digital Marketing since 1999, 17 years total.
Why do you do what you do?
I am passionate about transforming and improving customer experience through digital and technical innovation, accelerated growth and profitability. I am curious about technology can make products, services and our working lives faster, more efficient and better.
Which marketing platform do you use the most (and it can't be your own!)?
A mix of:
- LinkedIn because its gives me instant access to all my direct contacts
- Quora- its access to brilliant content and learnings
- Gmail: Access to my email other useful Google products: Adwords, Youtube
Quora! Access to wisdom, quality answers learnings you can access through Quora. It is simply brilliant.
What is your favourite thing about marketing?
My favourite things is the potential for the new innovation within digital marketing: such as chat bots,instant messaging and virtual reality.
Is content still king?
Yes, content is still king in the right context.

My presentation is about new emerging innovations in digital marketing examining the potential of instant messaging for marketers, chat bots and virtual reality.
