E-cigarettes and specialist "craft" beers have been added to the so-called 'basket of goods' used to measure inflation in the UK.

The Office for National Statistics (ONS), which measures inflation by the Consumers Prices Index (CPI), added e-cigarettes and the "craft" beers as part of its annual review.

The basket of goods now contains 703 products and services, 13 of which have been added this year while eight have been removed.
