Bearmont Group logo

The Bearmont Group has an outstanding track record of over thirty-five years and adds value by managing schemes through the planning process, remediating brownfield land and active asset management and development. The business acquires distressed assets from vendors who want quick exits or from receivers looking for certainty. It handles challenging sites that have the clear potential to benefit from its extensive industry knowledge and specialist skills and turn them into inspirational and thriving new residential and business communities. The Group’s experience in dealing with complex and challenging sites, has taught it to look at things differently, challenge the norm and create new and sustainable solutions to benefit all those involved. Bearmont is also proud to fundraise for Sense, a national disability charity that supports people who are deaf, blind and living with complex disabilities, to communicate and experience the world.

Bearmont

Origins

Set up in 2017, the erosion of the traditional High Street inspired the utilisation of empty properties and, at the same time, help a very worthwhile national charity (Sense) . Since then, the Bearmont Group has grown to own a diverse real estate portfolio with freehold properties, large-scale commercial projects, and bespoke residential developments in key regional locations throughout the UK.

Success Factor

The Bearmount Group has grown because it keeps its promises, has a strong work ethic within the business and has built up an excellent reputation. It is driven to unleash the extraordinary potential in people, communities, and businesses, and everything it does is designed to deliver meaningful growth.

The Future

The Group aims to grow by 50% year on year and continue to unlock value and deliver quality outcomes across a wide range of activities, from regeneration to the long-term planning and development of commercial and residential assets, as well as active asset management and development.
