Origins

Growing up on one of the poorest council estates in the UK with very limited resources inspired Joel White to be better and develop a mindset which meant you could start in one place but not have to be defined by that place. He was motivated to start his own company, help others and then to excel through social mobility. In the first three years, the biggest challenge faced by Joel was COVID and the uncertainty of the market conditions, but he was committed to helping clients get the results they desired. As the founder, Joel feels proud that he did not furlough anyone during that time and grew the business where other companies in the sector were contracting.

Rapid growth to a very targeted audience is the result of key business of influence in the sector where the firm niched in helping property investors and developers secure the right funding and using the knowledge of this market to educate the clients on how to structure their deals or portfolios. The Future

In the future, Ramsay and White aims to develop a holistic practice where it offers more services to existing clients - R&W wealth management, accountants, estate and lettings agents. The business will also open satellite offices across the UK and offer a development programme for new starters all the way up to partnership status.
