Origins
The goal for ALS was to create more flexible, sustainable and human-centred approach to recruitment, serving the needs of the customer and the candidate alike. The Future
Growth through Covid-19 has positioned ALS strongly in a challenging market to look at additional growth opportunities. Its pipeline of new business is extremely strong, but also existing customers are presenting additional opportunities for growth as it cements the partnerships with them. It has developed a strong middle management team, and their continued development has helped ALS to continue to thrive. Further geographical expansion across the UK will be supported by this team and the investment in its own talent will ensure customers receive the same standard of service they’ve come to expect from ALS.
