Morgans is a plumbing and heating business carrying out installation, servicing and repairs of all LPG, oil and gas appliances. It covers the whole of North and West Wales as well as branching across into Shropshire, Cheshire and down to Worcestershire. It takes care of customers’ boilers and oil tanks whilst also offering them care plans to help spread the cost of servicing or repairs so they can be rest assured their home is safe and cared for.

Origins
The founder Steve Morgan started this business because he wanted to offer a better service to people requiring heating work. The industry is plagued with businesses which promise to give great customer service but fail miserably at following this through and actually providing a good service. When Morgans started, it operated to a high standard and would not let its service levels fall and still operates to provide a fast, efficient, good service to this day.
Success Factor
The business has grown through employing a great team who are focused on KPIs and nurturing young talent to develop engineers. Morgans has taken on apprentices and trainees, helping them to complete their training to become a certified engineer and have invested heavily in systemising the business and marketing.
The Future
Over the next five years, the plan is to continue to grow the heating business as well as adding a drainage side to the business which will complement its current offering and ensure that it maintains the current growth rate.
