I’ve been talking to a number of entrepreneurs recently about how they have pivoted or adopted a ‘plan b’ during these challenging times.

Here’s my chat with Joel Blake, founder of GFA Exchange and GBEA judge and supporter.

Joel had recently raised investment pre-pandemic and he describes the time as ‘one of optimism’. They were going into 2020 with a whole new plan and vision. They were about to release to the market and Covid hit 2 weeks before they were about to press the button on their marketing plan.

As a technology company that provides software for financial services. Covid “literally wiped out our market” says Joel. Here’s their pivot story.

At the Great British Entrepreneur Awards & Community we have launched a new category to recognise brilliant entrepreneurs like Adam who have adapted during this crisis. If you know an entrepreneur who has pivoted, send them here.

The Great British Entrepreneur Awards & community is proud to be supported by Funding Options on this initiative.
