I’m Simon Dixon, the founder of Hatmill, a Yorkshire-based employee-owned consulting firm providing end-to-end supply chain and logistics support to deliver improvements to warehouses, transport, forecasting and inventory and build agility and resilience into supply chains.

Established in 2009, Hatmill has grown to become one of the UK’s largest independent supply chain advisers with clients including Asda, Boots, NHS England, Greggs and Royal Mail.
