Michael Donald is the Co-Founder of Halo Business Consulting, helping businesses drive customer loyalty through integrated marketing, communications and customer experience strategies.Halo’s co-founders are a husband and wife team with over 40 years of experience in international hospitality, marketing and PR. Through an integrated approach: they help businesses win new customers with bespoke marketing and PR strategies; ensure the delivery of exceptional experiences through process improvement and service culture; and maximise company profits through a tailored retention strategy.Michael has led front-of-house teams in a number of iconic luxury hotels throughout the UK prior to founding Halo. He helps businesses stay focussed on the customer experience. He is also a self-confirmed coffee geek, always on the search for a perfect flat white and volunteers as a leader with the local Sea Scouts.Halo are passionate about championing and spotlighting this region, which continues to support the entrepreneurial community. Last year, Halo were honoured to win the inaugural Professional Services StartUp Award for Yorkshire, Humberside & North East England and are delighted to return in 2023 as Judges.
