Ashleigh Donald is the Co-Founder of Halo Business Consulting, helping businesses drive customer loyalty through integrated marketing, communications and customer experience strategies.Halo’s co-founders are a husband and wife team with over 40 years of experience in international hospitality, marketing and PR. Through an integrated approach: they help businesses win new customers with bespoke marketing and PR strategies; ensure the delivery of exceptional experiences through process improvement and service culture; and maximise company profits through a tailored retention strategy.Ashleigh has extensive international experience as Marketing & Communications Director prior to launching Halo. She specialises in Strategy & Planning, Content Marketing, Launches & Re-branding and is determined to master the Thai language one day.Ashleigh works closely with the Business School at Sheffield Hallam University as an Entrepreneur-in-Residence supporting the next generation of industry professionals, which involves mentoring students, delivering guest lectures and sitting on their Employer Advisory Board. She has also recently joined The Girls’ Network helping to mentor, inspire and empower girls from our least advantaged communities.Halo are passionate about championing and spotlighting this region, which continues to support the entrepreneurial community. Last year, Halo were honoured to win the inaugural Professional Services StartUp Award for Yorkshire, Humberside & North East England and are delighted to return in 2023 as Judges.
