Employee wellbeing has never been more important than it is today. According to recent research, 1 in 4 people in the UK will experience a mental health problem each year, and mental health problems account for almost 13% of all sickness absence days in the UK. Furthermore, a report from the Health and Safety Executive revealed that 526,000 workers in the UK suffered from work-related stress, depression, or anxiety in 2019/20. These statistics demonstrate the urgent need for employers to prioritize employee wellbeing and create healthier workplaces.
