The Great British Workplace Wellbeing Awards recognise the individuals, teams and organisations that go above and beyond to promote employee wellbeing and create a positive workplace culture, and we are proud to have AJ Products UK join us to support this initiative and celebrate the efforts of organisations that prioritise employee wellbeing.

Employee wellbeing has never been more important than it is today. According to recent research, 1 in 4 people in the UK will experience a mental health problem each year, and mental health problems account for almost 13% of all sickness absence days in the UK. Furthermore, a report from the Health and Safety Executive revealed that 526,000 workers in the UK suffered from work-related stress, depression, or anxiety in 2019/20. These statistics demonstrate the urgent need for employers to prioritize employee wellbeing and create healthier workplaces.
