Romy Desmarais

Romy is a HR professional specialising in talent attraction, retention and development. Having started her career in the tech space for a global science and technology consultancy, she then went on to work for a global SAAS scale up in managing the strategy and execution for Talent Operations, Employer Branding and DEI. Romy is now a Talent Development Manager at Harrods, where she is focused on developing top talent across the organisation and managing the Harrods Management Programme for Harrods future leaders.
