Mark Cumming

Mark Cumming has 20 years of experience within FMCG, initially spending 5 years with the Nielsen Company uncovering Insights to help FMCG brands unlock growth and then moved to Coca-Cola where he spent over 13 years in a variety of different roles including Insights & Strategy, Category Development, Commercial, Revenue Growth Management and Shopper Marketing. 

At the start of 2021, Mark moved across to Costa Coffee (part of the Coca-Cola Company) to lead the FMCG business which including responsibility for expanding the Ready to Drink Costa Coffee and the Costa Coffee At Home Coffee ranges in the UK&I.

Over the past two years, the Costa FMCG portfolio has enjoyed double digit growth and is now over £75m in retail sales value, becoming the fastest growing major Coffee brand across FMCG. Mark also has a passion for food and drink and some years ago ran his own fresh food brand with his wife, called ‘Posh Pesto’ which won various awards and was stocked in different retailers including Selfridges.
