Kate heads up the Insight and Innovation function at Women in Sport, a leading women’s charity founded in 1984, with a track record of success in breaking down stubborn gender inequalities in sport and transforming the lives of women and girls. 

Kate is an insight and strategy specialist and during her time with Women in Sport has lead a number of influential studies exploring how to prevent teenage girls from dropping out of sport, supporting women’s activity during midlife and gender equality and inclusion in the sports workplace. Prior to joining Women in Sport, Kate held senior international marketing roles at Twinings and Kimberly-Clark.
