Entrepreneur & Exited Founder, Tipplesworth

Frankie Snobel, Tipplesworth

Frankie Snobel is a solo female founder, who exited her drinks business in six years, after acquisition from the global drinks conglomerate that she had written into her first business plan in 2012.

A cocktail enthusiast with a decade of mixology experience, Frankie launched Tipplesworth in 2013, initially creating the world’s first cocktail case in luxury retail, then targeting home cocktails with bottled mixers in grocery. Initially, it seemed that it would be her brilliant brand and unique product line that would be her success, but in the end, it was a clever and very timely pivot to grab a hold of the “cocktails-on-tap” opportunity in pubs that led to Frankie’s business sale to Diageo plc. Her draught cocktails now sit proudly under the Smirnoff name.

With her business sold, Frankie is now consulting in drinks innovation, speaking at events, and is advising entrepreneurs along their business journeys.
