David Alcock

David Alcock is head of social business at Birmingham law firm Anthony Collins Solicitors, where he leads the firm’s work with enterprises with a social purpose. He is a specialist in governance issues and helps set up co-operatives, social enterprises and community organisations, as well as helping commercial businesses reflect their values through how they work. He leads on our work around employee ownership and provides high level support to boards and senior management teams. He led our work producing the Ethical Business Project in 2021.
