Jamie is an entrepreneur, advisor and the co-founder/CEO of Hush Mayfair, Cabana Restaurants and Hache Restaurants.

He is a “Dragon” on BBC/Netflix’s My Million Pound Menu. He’s also the former owner of Kitchen Italia, Villandry Restaurants and Sake No Hana.

Jamie is an investor and advisor to various retail and leisure funds. He’s also an ex-corporate lawyer with media firm Harbottle & Lewis.
