With eurozone bosses demanding that Greece makes further cuts, their finance minister Evangelos Venizelos has promised to "fully clarify" its austerity measures.
According to Venizelos the "few remaining issues" would be finalised before a conference call with eurozone bosses due at 16:00 GMT.
The cuts have been met with mixed reaction, as defence, health and local government budgets all fell victim of the cuts.
Athens is negotiating a 130bn-euro bailout with the EU and IMF.
