Byron Rawlings – The Blogger Programme
Byron Rawlings is the CEO & Founder of The Blogger Programme (TBP), a global influencer marketing platform and agency. After working for an online fashion startup, Byron set up his own social media agency, Social Network Solutions (SNS) in 2012. Since then, Byron took his knowledge of digital and influencer marketing to create TBP in 2015.

Gus Zogolovitch – Crowd Estates
Gus Zogolovitch is the founder and CEO of Crowd Estates, a specialist peer-to-peer lending platform aimed at providing finance for property developers. Gus is a finance and property expert with over 20 years’ experience, having raised more than £40 million in both debt and equity.
Claire Burrows – Air and Grace
Claire Burrows is the founder of Air and Grace, a footwear brand designed to bridge the gap between style and wearability. Natalie Meyer – Tokyoesque
Natalie Meyer is the founder and CEO of Tokyoesque, a service which enables European businesses to enter the Japanese market and vice versa, through cultural insight, professional introductions and market research.
Giles Hargreave – Canaccord Genuity Wealth Management
Giles Hargeave is the founder of Hargreave Hale, an independent stock broking and fund manager, which was bought by Canaccord Genuity Group in 2017 for £79.5 million. Staying with the company as head of fund management, Giles oversees the investment mandates of several retail funds.
Andrew Jervis – ClickMechanic
Andrew Jervis is the founder of ClickMechanic, a double-sided marketplace that connects car owners to mobile mechanics across the UK. ClickMechanic aims to tackle the common problems of the automotive repair industry and make car repair a consumer-friendly and transparent service.
Chris Rundle – GK Signs
Chris Rundle is the managing director of GK Signs, a multi-million pound company that designs, creates and installs signage for companies nationwide. Chris bought GK Signs in 2011 for £10,000 and turned it around to be an industry leading business with clients such as Hertz, Persimmon Homes and B&Q.
Michael Jacobsen – Serial entrepreneur
Michael Jacobsen is the Executive Chairman of European Leisure Management Group, an arena, convention centre and stadium management company with operations in the UK and Europe. Michael is also the man who brought Dirty Dancing to the stage as co-producer, which has since gone on to be the fastest selling show in London West End history.

Guy is an experienced chartered accountant and an entrepreneur. A natural and driven enthusiast, he built and sold his own accountancy firm, as well as pursuing other commercial interests. He has been a director and part owner of a number of different companies, including businesses in the IT, property, defence, manufacturing and retail sectors.
In an unusually varied career, he has been the senior partner of two accountancy firms, a finance director, sales and marketing director and an adviser and mentor to many entrepreneurial businesses and their owners.
Guy joined Smith & Williamson in 2008 and leads our entrepreneurial services group. His day to day activities include advising entrepreneurs and their businesses and coordinating Smith & Williamson’s activities in this increasingly important market.

Stuart Goodman has a BSc in mathematics from Imperial College and qualified as a chartered accountant in 2011. Stuart joined Smith & Williamson Corporate Finance as a manager in July 2014, having previously worked in an assurance and advisory role which has included supporting a number of clients in both the UK and overseas in acquisition transactions and IPOs. In his previous role, Stuart worked on secondments as the group financial controller of a Lloyds of London insurance group and as the acting group financial controller of a middle-eastern based hotel group.

Paul has not only advised on over a hundred major public and private fundraisings, but also raised external capital for his own businesses to grow and scale rapidly and invested in other early-stage businesses.
