Women face several obstacles when it comes to promotions and pay equity, however, women of colour face a much larger disparity. Moreover, women of colour are being disproportionately impacted by the coronavirus.
So, what can organisations and their leaders do to create long-term equity for women of colour? This panel will discuss and challenge the issues people of colour have faced when ascending to leadership positions, discuss the benefits of a diverse leadership board and outline what business leaders can do to support women of colour into these positions.
