Nick Coleman

In 2014 I founded Snaffling Pig with just £500, a premium food and drink brand with an obsession in making flavoured pork crackling. In 2016 took part in the 14th Season of BBC2 Dragons Den and in 2017 won The Virgin Foodpreneur Award.

In 2010 Udhi and I co-founded Medical Supermarket (www.medical-supermarket.com), an industry leading healthcare supplier to the primary care and care sectors. We run a large scale medical and cleaning supplies distribution business which delivers to over 3,500 locations each month from a warehouse facility in Aylesbury.
