For the fifth consecutive quarter Talk Talk have landed more complaints for fixed broadband and landline services than any of their competitors, Ofcom figures show.
The communications regulator compile quarterly complaints data, which have consistently named Talk Talk as the most complained about.
Although Talk Talk have made a marked reduction in complaints over the past half, they still landed twice the number of complaints than the next most complained about- Sky.
For mobile operators, Orange’s recent decision to increase monthly charges even for customers locked into contracts saw their complaints rocket 240% to see the French company named the most complained about for the first quarter 2012.
