WPP, the advertising group, have seen profits reach record levels in 2011, and fully expect events such as the Olympics to further boost margins.
In 2011 pre-tax profits were £1.008 billion, which represents an 18.5% rise from 2010. And with the Olympics less than six months away they expect further rises this year.
WPP said that their 2011 results were a record "on virtually whatever measure you care to name".
