Glenn Ward became the latest candidate to receive his marching orders on The Apprentice on Wednesday, as Lord Sugar showed no mercy in firing him.
Tasked with producing a free magazine it was Team Venture who lost out on the task, after their magazine failed to hit the mark.
Whilst Team Logic went for the easy-sell 'lad's mag', Venture looked to target the over sixties market.
Ward, the 28-year-old design engineer, was fired after Lord Sugar said he wasn't convinced he had a head for business.
"I've had problems the past few weeks grasping what your USP is," Lord Sugar said.
"I've never come across an engineer who can turn his hands to business. You're fired."
