In a world of mass communications, where media, content, and its various outlets, are constantly evolving faster than ever before, and customers can pick and chose from an increasing array of always-on channels to engage and interact with whomever or whatever they want, businesses need to respond to this challenge and find new ways in which they can build their organisations to communicate more socially, effectively and profitably with their teams and audiences.
We attended a Like Minds half-day immersive session for Social Media Week, with Yann Gourvennec the Global Director Digital and Social Media for Orange Group; James Moffat, the MD of Organic Development; and Paul Sloane, the Founder of Destination Innovation.
Highlights included an introduction to Innovation in Business by Chris Moss, former CMO Virgin Atlantic, ex-CEO of 118118, and creator of the Orange brand.
