Apple, fresh from winning one patent battle with Samsung, and now facing a potential ban of their own, on their new iPhone 4S.
Samsung are looking to have the iPhone 4S banned in Australia and Japan, based on claimed patent infringements.
Earlier this year an Australian court put a temporary ban on the sale of Samsung's Galaxy Tab 10.1, and now it seems Samsung have a complaint of their own.
"Apple has continued to violate our patent rights and free ride on our technology," Samsung said in a statement. "We will no longer stand idly by and will steadfastly protect our intellectual property."
