Samsung have decided to pull their new Galaxy Tab 7.7 out of the IFA electronic fair in Berlin after it was banned from selling it in Germany.
The electronics giants were locked in a legal battle with Apple, who claimed patent infringements, which has resulted in a German court granting a request from Apple to ban the sale of the product in Germany.
It is just one of several patent battles Apple and Samsung are contesting throughout the world.
"Samsung respects the court's decision and therefore decided not to display any more the Galaxy Tab 7.7 in the IFA," the company said in a statement, according to AFP news agency.
Last month Samsung were blocked from selling their Galaxy Tab 10.1 in Germany and other European countries, amidst claims from Apple that the South Korean company copied the design of their iPad devices.
However, Samsung has counter-sued Apple, saying it infringed Samsung's wireless patents.
