The ban handed down by a German court preventing Samsung selling their Galaxy Tab 10.1 throughout Europe has been temporarily lifted.
Apple had taken Samsung to court, claiming their patents for the iPad 2 had been infringed, resulting in a German court preventing Samsung selling their tablet.
However, questions have been raised as to whether or not the Dusseldorf court had the power to impose a EU-wide ban. Although the ban has been temporarily lifted elsewhere in Europe, it remains for the time being in Germany.
