Rolls Royce Holdings PLC has taken 37,120 sq ft at 62 Buckingham Gate, SW1, the latest new building in Land Securities' transformation of Victoria.

Rolls Royce will occupy the 7th and part of the 6th floor of the striking Pelli Clarke Pelli designed building, which is now 59% let or in solicitors' hands.

62 Buckingham Gate showcases the vibrant transformation of Victoria, which has become the most talked about destination in London's West End for office occupiers, retailers and residents alike.

The building has attracted a huge amount of interest since opening in May thanks to its efficient design as well as its striking architecture, excellent natural light and panoramic views across London. It encompasses 260,000 sq ft of office accommodation arranged over 11 floors with an additional 15,600 sq ft of retail space.

As well as attracting global brands, 62 Buckingham Gate is also home to Stuart Haygarth's acclaimed 'Optical' light installation as well as a Grayson Perry tapestry from his highly acclaimed solo exhibition The Vanity of Small Difference.

Kaela Fenn-Smith, Head of Leasing at Land Securities, said, "The latest lettings at 62 Buckingham Gate embody Land Securities' vision for Victoria and show that the bold architecture and efficiently designed office floors have struck a chord with the needs of today's discerning occupier."

Jones Lang LaSalle and Knight Frank advised Land Securities. BNP Paribas advised Rolls Royce.
