Red Magazine, the thinking woman’s glossy, has today announced its ‘20 Under 30: Hot List’ for 2011. The list reveals the UK’s most influential women under 30 and Red’s Hot Women of the future.

The ‘20 Under 30: Hot List’ is part of the launch for Red magazine’s annual awards, the Red’s Hot Women Awards in association with euphoria Calvin Klein, which will take place in November.

Just as the awards recognise the most inspiring working women in the UK today, the ‘20 Under 30: Hot List’ identifies Red’s hottest women of tomorrow.

Running in the April issue, Red magazine has selected rising stars from industries across business, digital, politics, sport, fashion, media, theatre, entertainment and social enterprise.

Included in Red’s ‘20 Under 30: Hot List’ are Alexandra Burke (22) best known as the winner of The X Factor in 2008, Alice Goddard (26) the vice-president of the Frequent Borrower Group / Royal Bank of Scotland, Christine Ohurougu (26), Olympic sprinter, Olivia Rubin (29) fashion designer to the stars and Sophie Wright (30), chef.

Recognised as inspirational to future generations of female professionals, with two of the selected having been awarded an MBE, their achievements have been praised by Red magazine and editor-in-chief, Sam Baker.
