Motorola has announced plans to re-enter the China market in February with at least three new products.

Motorola pulled out of the country in 2013 after Google took over the company. But Chinese tech firm Lenovo bought the phone manufacturer in October 2014.

China is the one of the world's biggest and fastest growing markets for smartphones.

Motorola said the Moto X, new Moto X Pro and new Moto G handsets will go on sale in early February, or after the Chinese New Year.

Prices are yet to be announced, but analysts expect the products to compete with Chinese manufacturers Xiaomi and Huawei, as well as the giants like Apple and Samsung.
