Microlease, test equipment rental and asset management providers, is furthering its commitment to fostering innovation in the wireless technologies and networking industry though its sponsorship of the Discovering Start-Ups 2011 competition from Cambridge Wireless.
The contest provides ambitious new tech start-ups, inventors and budding entrepreneurs in the industry with the opportunity to pitch to leading venture capitalists, angels and industry investors. Representatives from leading industry names including Microsoft, RIM, Nokia, Vodafone Ventures, Qualcomm Ventures, Innovacom, Broadcom, Orange and ARM will evaluate the entries and provide expert advice and feedback.
The most successful entrants, to be announced at the Cambridge Wireless prestigious Founders' Dinner Awards Ceremony on 8 December, will be awarded cash prizes as well as free business and consultancy services.
