Marks & Spencer has been hit with a delay in online deliveries in the run-up to Christmas.
Customers visiting the M&S website are being told that standard delivery will take up to 10 days, instead of the usual five days.
It comes as a result of a backlog caused by the store's four-day Black Friday promotional event.
"Our customer is always our top priority and that is why we've extended some of our delivery options," a spokesperson said.
Its click & collect services are taking two days. But Marks & Spencer said it is reviewing delivery options every hour.
Marks & Spencer shares were down 2.8% in early trading on Monday.
