Results International, leading business coaching and training specialists, is launching a new workshop to help individuals and companies based in and around London, to achieve their daily goals for 2012 and beyond.

The workshops are open to London business professionals from board level right through to junior management. Spread over two days, they will be taking place on a monthly basis. Day 1 focuses on ‘positive mind setting,’ whilst Day 2 will be looking at ‘how to be resilient and successful in today’s business climate.’

“The workshops take a very different approach to traditional coaching & training methods," Karen Brice, Head of Business Coaching at Results International, explained.

"We prioritise individuals or team’s needs, rather than addressing the actual business objectives first. Our reasoning is that by having positive staff, where they are rewarded on their own individual goals, this then has a huge positive impact on the company as a whole.”

Results International have worked with some of the biggest brands and organisations over the last few years, including The Home Office, Nationwide, Phones4u, Vodafone, and The Business & Enterprise Group (BE Group) helping them all to develop their people.

With The BE Group in particular, Results International helped the organisation by creating and delivering a workshop programme, which spanned across 2 years, and saw over 1,000 business owners from the North East attend.

“With every course ran, as you would expect, we asked delegates for their feedback. 99% of those who attended one or more of the workshops ran by Results International, said that the course had been either good or excellent," Jane Hand, Events Coordinator at The Business & Enterprise Group, said.

“I also sat in some of the courses myself. The content and knowledge shared was brilliant. I would have no hesitation in recommending Results International to anyone looking to work with a great team of inspirational coaches.”

The new London 2-day workshop will cover an array of subjects, from setting goals instead of objectives, breaking through targets, to injecting positivity into work-life.

“The value of setting personal goals in times of uncertainty is around people focusing on what they want to achieve as successes for themselves," Karen explained.

"People who focus on what they want, drive themselves harder and achieve more and therefore more for the companies for which they work. We’ve been fortunate enough to work for a number of big brands and fantastic businesses, and we’re now looking forward to applying our knowledge and expertise to help London businesses grow and develop."
