LloydsPharmacy is to buy Sainsbury's pharmacy business in a deal worth £125 million, the supermarket has said.

Sainsbury's said LloydsPharmacy will run all 277 of its in-store pharmacies.

The company, which is owned by German firm Celesio, will pay rent for using Sainsbury's stores.

The deal is still subject to competition and regulator approval.
