Waldeck Engineering, the Lincoln-based engineering consulting business that services the construction and property sector, is today celebrating a new deal with HSBC that will help prepare the business for growth in 2012.
The deal sees HSBC’s Commercial Banking team in the Midlands provide funding to provide investment support for the business.
Waldeck currently has ten regional offices across the UK including Lincoln, Sleaford, Hull, Nottingham, Peterborough, Northampton, Sheffield, Birmingham and London. The finance package will enable the business to invest in research and development, as well as increasing staff and also opening up new offices across the UK. The relationship is managed by HSBC Commercial Manager Michelle Fenwick.
“We have had the pleasure of working with Waldeck for the past 17 years and have seen the business grow from strength to strength over this time," Roy Harris, HSBC’s Regional Commercial Director for Midlands, said.
"We are thrilled to be able to continue to work alongside Waldeck’s strong management team as they build on the ambitions and productivity of the business. Our team in the Midlands is committed to supporting the growth aspirations of local businesses and the latest Waldeck funding is a perfect example of this.”
