Apple are to take legal action against rival Samsung Electronics for supposedly copying their iPad and iPhone designs.
Court papers filed by Apple claim that Samsung's Galaxy range of phones and tablet are copied from the iPhone and iPad.
Apple's claims focus on Galaxy's design features, such as the look of its screen icons.
The Galaxy products use the Android operating system designed by Google, whom directly compete with Apple and their mobile software.
The lawsuit was filed on Friday and alleges Samsung violated Apple's patents and trademarks.
"This kind of blatant copying is wrong," Apple spokeswoman Kristin Huguet said in a statement.
Not only are Samsung a direct competitor of Apple, but they also provide the computing and technology giants with various microchips that are used in various computers.
