The amazing thing about Integrated Live is that there really are so many amazing people giving the best advice out there in the marketing world. Even as someone working on the event, I spend my days in the run-up looking at which presentations I really want to see. I can't imagine what it's like for you!

That's why we're spending the next few weeks doing quickfire interviews with as many of the speakers as we can to give you a little insight into who they are, what they do and what they're going to be talking about at Integrated Live.

Kicking off the week is Pete Fergusson, owner and CEO of Nemorin Creative Film & Video.

What area of marketing do you specialise in?

Branded video production for agencies, publishers, media owners and brands.

How long have you been with the company?

Two years.

How long have you been in marketing?

If we open out marketing further to include the media in general then my first job was at aged 13. That's 25 years then!.

Why do you do what you do?

Branded and online video is booming but the production price point can be an obstacle. We give our clients the opportunity to generate revenue through a partnership and remove the need for studios, kit, software and other costly overheads.

Which marketing platform do you use the most (and it can't be your own!)?

Tubularinsights.com, Digiday.com, The Drum and Google News Alerts.

If you could only use one marketing platform for the rest of your life, what would it be (and you can't use your own!)?

Tricky one. Can I cheat and say Google News Alerts as it aggregates?!

What is your favourite thing about marketing?

The creative scope.

Is content still king?

YES!

In a sentence, what's your presentation about?

The growth of branded video. What's good branded video and how do I get involved?

You can find Pete's presentation on branded in the Social, Video & Mobile Theatre at 11am at Integrated Live on 16 November, but you'll have to register for your free ticket first:
