Many owner managers we meet acknowledge that it’s really valuable to take time out of their business to develop and motivate themselves, especially they participate in something which is inspiring and immediately applicable to their business. At the same time, many of owner managers also tells us that they find it really difficult to take that time out!

In recognition of that challenge, along with Fresh Business Thinking and Cass Business School, we’ve designed a one day event specifically for ambitious owner managers who are looking for an injection of ideas, inspiration and energy.
The event takes place on 7 September and we’ve designed it around our Seven Pillars of a Better Business. Throughout, the day we’ll be encouraging you to identify specific improvement which you can implement as soon as you get back to the business. So, the day out becomes an investment rather than a cost!

The event will be highly interactive and hugely practical with a blend of:

- Fantastic inspirational speakers including Tristram Mayhew of Go Ape, Lara Morgan of Company Shortcuts (formerly CEO of Pacific Direct) and Jeff Coghlan of Matmi.

- In depth panel sessions with experienced and successful owner managers including Lyn Cecil of Secretaries Plus (and recent Channel 4 Secret Millionaire), Tim Wallis of Content & Code and Alberto Lopez of Alva, a business that has been funded by the Cass Entrepreneurship Fund.

- Practical breakout sessions focused on specific pillars

- The opportunity for a 1-1 coaching session during the breaks.

So, give yourself a break, join us on 7 September at Fresh Business Thinking LIVE! at Cass Business School and build a better business.

Fresh Business Thinking LIVE! at Cass Business School is a one day event specifically designed for ambitious entrepreneurs and owner managers. Gerard Burke of Your Business Your Future, will introduce a range of successful entrepreneurs who will share their experiences of building the 7 Pillars of a Better Business — the seven characteristics which seem to distinguish those businesses which consistently perform better than the average.
