The strike by RMT and TSSA union members is affecting Tube services today (Wednesday 3 November) although it has failed to bring the underground to a complete halt.

The Circle line is completely suspended but all other lines are operating a limited service with some commuters finding their carriages are actually quieter than usual.

Transport for London have stated that around 40% of tube services are operating as normal but passengers should check www. .uk for live travel news.

One point to remember for those who don’t usually drive during the week is that the Congestion Charge will remain in operation throughout the strike.
